1. Maintenance Cycle (By Operating Hours)

Air Filter: Every 50 operating hours
Battery: Every 50 operating hours
Belt: Every 100 operating hours
Radiator: Every 200 operating hours
Lubricating Oil System: Every 200 operating hours
Diesel Filter: Every 200 operating hours (Replace with new one, fill with fresh diesel before reinstallation)
Charging Alternator & Starting Motor: Every 600 operating hours
Control Panel: Every 6 months (Clean dust with compressed air, tighten terminals; treat and retighten rusted/overheated connectors)

Daily Inspection: Check exterior, battery electrolyte leakage; record battery voltage and jacket water temperature; ensure heaters (jacket water, battery charger, dehumidification) work normally.
Monthly Inspection: Conduct mains-generator transfer test, startup test and on-load test.
Quarterly Inspection: Run at over 70% load for 1 hour to burn residual mixture in cylinders.
Annual Inspection: Include all monthly/quarterly items plus comprehensive maintenance.

Engine Oil: Replace once a year
Filters (Diesel, Oil, Air, Water): Replace every 500 hours (frequent-use units) or once a year (standby units)
Antifreeze Coolant: Replace once a year
